About Us
Gregg Valdés & Associates provides specialized engineering document and data management services for the Oil and Gas Industry, from development of Major Capital Projects, to Operations Phase and Brownfield Projects. We commenced business in Houston, Texas, in 2001. Our senior consultants have worldwide documentation management experience in the Oil and Gas Industry dating back to 1993.
In Houston, we successfully delivered the handover of engineering documents, data and models for four Major Capital Projects.
We have continued to provide expertise for updating engineering information during the Operations Phase, and have delivered efficiency benefits which result from easy access to equipment tag data and linking to engineering and vendor documentation.
We have developed “forensic” information techniques to improve the quality of documents and data for older operational facilities.
We recently acted as ‘subject matter experts’ during implementation of a world-wide Sharepoint ‘cloud’ document management solution for a major Upstream Oil and Gas client: we were involved in design, compliance with regulatory and company policy, migration from Documentum, quality assurance, and testing.
